We achieved successful practical completion at this Grade II Listed project at St Catharines College, working closely with project managers Bidwells.
The Master’s Lodge project involved the replacement of roof tiling, rainwater goods and roof repairs, along with redecoration and repair of the external windows and existing downpipes/SVP’s. Our in-house masonry team also sensitively repaired the existing chimneys and elevations – replacing any damaged bricks and repointing in traditional lime where necessary.
It has been a privilege helping restore this listed property to its former glory, and we are delighted with the end results.
