November 2019 saw us complete a smaller but intense scheme to the Grade II listed existing WC and laundry room on Ridley Hall, Cambridge.

The works involved the demolition of the existing toilet blocks and the re-configuration and modernisation of the room to suit the Colleges ever-increasing laundry requirements.

The works included wall and brickwork repairs, re-roofing the slate roof, stone parapet replacement and repairs, leadwork, cast iron gutter works, new worktops, new flooring and new mechanical and electrical connections to serve the modern laundry equipment.
