This recently completed project saw Brown and Ralph win through competitive tendering for the restoration and dilapidation works of this fine listed property.

The works included masonry repairs, roofing, decoration, joinery and lime plaster repairs as well as the design and build of two replacement fine timber sky-lights that now flood the first floor with natural light as the architect originally intended.
